1. Log into your secure account (or click the 'Sign Up Now' link on the left side of any page) and schedule an order in your desired collection and delivery window. Remember, you can choose from our Standard Three Day Service, Next Day Service or even SameDay Service.

2. Put your items in the Harpers Online bag that we provide (or your own bag for first time customers.)

3. A courteous Harpers driver will arrive promptly during your requested collection window to pick up the bag from you in person.

4. Our resident experts will take the utmost care when processing your cleaning and a Harpers driver will bring them back to you on your requested delivery window.

It's that simple. and remember there are absolutely no Delivery & Collection charges. Additionally you can order over the phone instead of online.
