Harpers are proud to be the first Online Dry Cleaning & Laundry service available in the West Midlands offering the GreenEarth Cleaning process. You can either place your order online or alternatively you can place your order over the phone on our express order line.

Harpers Online is a brand new service that builds on the already established and highly successful dry cleaning retail business that was started in the West Midlands in 1994.  This new and highly innovative business provides a service to those customers who do not have the time to travel to their local dry cleaners.

Harpers will collect your dry cleaning and laundry from either your place of work or home. We will then process and finish your garments using the GreenEarth Cleaning system. Once your cleaning is completed, a friendly and courteous Harpers driver will deliver your cleaning promptly, according to your original delivery schedule.

It's Simple to Use!!!

1. Log into your secure account (or New Customers click the 'Sign Up Now' link on the left side of any page) and schedule an order in your desired collection and delivery window. Remember, you can choose from our Standard Three Day Service, Next Day Service or even SameDay Service.

2. Put your garments in the FREE Harpers Online bag that we provide along with a copy of your Order Confirmation.

3. A courteous Harpers driver will arrive promptly, during your requested collection window, to pick-up the bag from you in person.

4. Our resident experts will take the utmost care when processing your cleaning. Every item will be individually and expertly handfinished.

5. A Harpers driver will deliver them back to you during your requested delivery window.

It's that simple, and remember there are absolutely no Delivery & Collection charges
